Refunds
Conditions for receiving a refund
- Items must be unused and returned in their original condition, with packaging intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for any refund request.
Refund process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email confirmation of receipt of the item.
- You will be notified of a decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If approved:
- The refund will be processed via the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 14 business days.
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be granted in the following cases:
- Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to ESPACE LAMPE.
- Items returned beyond 30 days of delivery.
Sale or promotional items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refund. Sale or promotional items are not eligible for refund.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- First check your bank account.
- Please contact your card issuer or bank as there may be some processing time before your refund is posted.
- If you still haven't received it after following these steps, contact us at support@espacelampe.com .
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal and reimbursement
The right of withdrawal does not apply:
- To personalized or custom-made goods.
- To opened or used products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- To items that are inseparable from other goods or that deteriorate rapidly.
Shipping and Returns
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
- When returning a product worth more than €75, it is recommended to use a tracking or insurance service to guarantee receipt.
