Refund Policy

RETURNS

The items provided by https://espacelampe.com/ are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those of traditional commerce and come from all the referenced publishers and suppliers.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

ATTENTION: Please note that if you decide to return your package directly to the manufacturer or refuse it without contacting us first to follow the return steps, this will result in the refund being voided. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can provide you with the proper return instructions and facilitate the refund process.

Defective items:

The customer must return new or unused items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation (in their original cellophane packaging imperatively and with the corresponding invoice). In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to support@espacelampe.com (description and photos/videos attached).

To complete your return, you must also provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. We will advise you of the steps to follow when your file is accepted according to our conditions. There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale and/or promotional items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@e spacelampe.com .

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

No cash on delivery shipments will be accepted, whatever the reason.

Return costs

The return costs depend on the weight of your product:

- Packages less than 0.500 kg: €5.90
- Packages between 0.500 - 1 kg: €8.90
- Packages between 1 - 2 kg: €10.90
- Packages between 2 - 3 kg: €13.90
- Packages between 3 - 5 kg: €18.90
- Packages between 3 - 5 kg: €18.90

- Packages over 5 kg: €24.90

Return policy and right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions of the European Union, consumers have a right of withdrawal applicable to purchases made on our site [Name of your site, hyperlink]. This section details your rights and the conditions to be respected to exercise this right.

Right of withdrawal

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, ESPACE LAMPE (LEKA KH company) is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of return costs. The reimbursement is due within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s). If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following purchases:

  • Goods that you have opened and are not returnable for reasons of hygiene or health protection
  • Goods inseparable from other items
  • Opened goods that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Cancelation

The customer only has 24 hours after confirming their order to request a refund if they ultimately wish to withdraw.


1. 30-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 30 calendar days. This period begins to run from the day after receipt of the goods by you or a third party, other than the carrier, designated by you.


2. Withdrawal procedure

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by sending us an unambiguous statement, for example:

3. Conditions for returning products

To be eligible for a refund, returned goods must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in their original condition, not used or damaged.
  • Include all possible accessories, user manuals and original packaging intact.
  • Products must be protected when returned to avoid damage during transport.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.


4. Return times and costs

  • Withdrawal period: You have 30 calendar days from receipt of the product to notify your decision to withdraw.
  • Return of goods: Once your withdrawal request has been validated, you must return the product within 14 days maximum .

The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility, unless expressly agreed otherwise or otherwise indicated at the time of purchase. Return costs €9.90

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your shipment, especially for items over €75. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Reimbursement

Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid, including the initial delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard method offered).

The refund will be made via the same means of payment as that used during the purchase, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Refund period:
Reimbursement will be made within 14 days following:

  • Receipt of the returned item, or
  • Receipt of proof of shipment of the goods, whichever comes first.

Important note: In the event of deterioration or excessive depreciation of the property, a deduction corresponding to the loss in value observed may be applied to the amount reimbursed.


6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 to L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Personalized goods or made to your specifications.
  • Goods that have been opened, used or cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
  • Goods which are inseparable from other items or which have been inseparably mixed after delivery.
  • Goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
