1. 30-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 30 calendar days. This period begins to run from the day after receipt of the goods by you or a third party.

2. Conditions for returning products

To be eligible for a refund, returned goods must meet the following conditions:

• Be in their original condition, not used or damaged.
• Include all possible accessories, user manuals and original packaging intact.
• Products must be protected when returned to avoid damage during transport.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.

3. Return times and costs

• Withdrawal period: You have 30 calendar days from receipt of the product to notify your decision to withdraw.
• Return of goods: Once your withdrawal request has been validated, you must return the product within 14 days maximum .

The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility, unless expressly agreed otherwise or otherwise indicated at the time of purchase. Return costs: €9.90

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your shipment, especially for items over €75. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
